Your Responsibilities
- Oversee facilities planning and coordinate supportive services for the office, such as record keeping, mail distribution, attending to phone calls and enquiries
- Conduct scheduling of appointments/meetings and coordinating with other administrative internal and external counterparts
- Handle and schedule internal/ external (conference) calls as well as administrating board room booking schedule
- Arrange business travels including reservations, visa applications and expense claims
- Purchase administrative supplies, control the cost and expense within budget by competitive sourcing
- Manage company assets inventory, maintain updates, and renew assets when necessary
- Assist in office logistics support including network communication, fire safety, office environment cleaning, supply of various office supplies and maintenance of facilities
- Coordinate with new joiner email account set up and follow up with internal system installation
- Act as a first point of contact on local IT issues / updates
- Assist in various activities of the company such as: monthly birthday party, annual dinner, etc.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member

Perform ad-hoc tasks to support management and other departments
Your Profiles
- Territory education in business administration or relevant
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the field of office administration, experience in MNC would be an advantage
- Experience in managing and leading office removal will be a plus
- Detail-minded, self-motivated, work independently, and a good team player
- Well-versed in MS Office applications
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Putonghua)
